The Garden at Levens
The Garden at Levens
The Garden at Levens is regularly voted the UK’s favourite, and it is easy to see why.............
It is in part its fascinating history and the extraordinary gathering of topiary figures. They have been clipped into shape by generations of skilled gardeners going back over three centuries!
In part, its the cheerful exuberance and sheer flower power of the colourful massed plantings.
It is also the personal and intimate scale of the garden, and the feeling it is really cared for, both by its owners and those who work there.
Check out the following pages to learn more of its history, the topiary, the garden, behind the scenes and more....
